Electronic Insurance Verification Request
What is an Electronic IVR (eIVR)? ARANZ Medical introduced this term to describe a process that dramatically improves user efficiency in Insurance Verification Requests. Using the Silhouette eIVR process a Provider is able to quickly complete and submit the IVR request electronically to the CAMPs (Cellular, acellular, and matrix-like products) company, and then receive the response electronically within the patient’s record.
